Ternfield Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) develops PrintQuote, an Android app that analyzes PDF documents and estimates printing costs. This policy explains how information is handled when you use PrintQuote.

1. Information you provide

PrintQuote does not require an account. You do not need to provide your name, email address, telephone number, or mailing address to use its PDF analysis and estimation features. PrintQuote does not integrate an analytics SDK, advertising SDK, or third-party crash-reporting service.

2. PDF files and on-device processing

When you choose a PDF, PrintQuote processes it on your Android device to classify pages and estimate printing costs. The PDF and its contents are not uploaded to servers operated by Ternfield Labs. We do not remotely receive or store your PDF documents.

3. Locally saved settings

PrintQuote may save printing rates, currency choices, and other app preferences on your device to support its functionality. These settings are not sent to servers operated by Ternfield Labs. Device backup or restore features provided by Android or your device manufacturer may handle locally stored app data under their own settings and policies.

4. Purchases through Google Play

PrintQuote offers an optional Pro upgrade using Google Play Billing. Google processes payments, and Ternfield Labs does not directly collect payment-card details through the app. Google may process purchase and transaction information in order to provide payment, fraud-prevention, and purchase-management services. 5. Analytics, advertising, and tracking

PrintQuote does not display third-party ads and does not integrate analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs.

6. Sharing and sale of personal information

Ternfield Labs does not sell personal information obtained through PrintQuote. We do not share users’ PDF files or their contents with external servers. Google Play processes information related to purchases and platform services under its own terms and privacy policy.

7. Retention and deletion

App preferences are stored locally and can generally be cleared through Android app settings or by uninstalling PrintQuote, subject to device backup and restore behavior. Ternfield Labs does not maintain a remote repository of your PDF documents. Google may retain purchase records in accordance with its own policies and legal obligations.

8. Children's privacy

PrintQuote is not specifically designed for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through PrintQuote's own features. If you have a concern, contact us at the email address below.

9. International users and privacy requests

PrintQuote may be available in countries including the United States. If you have questions about the handling of your information or wish to make a privacy-related request, please contact us using the details below. We will consider requests in accordance with applicable law.

10. Security

Local PDF processing is intended to reduce unnecessary transmission of document contents. No app or device can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as PrintQuote, its services, or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
